For five thousand years, I have graced this world.
Planet Khodia, I believe, is the most sacred of all planets in the universe.
Eight gigantic slices of earth orbit a desolate core that is as coarse and sharp in its geometry as a crushed mound of skeletons. From the edge of one island - standing upon the edge of the world - one can view many of the other islands at once.
I rule all of them.
My name is Bieloph. In my native Truusian tongue; now long dead; it means "One Who Purifies". I was made to destroy the weaklings of this world and destroy the Golden God, Bhuazle. But what I was born to do was to serve my beloved Black God... the being known as Pholtrus.
Pholtrus is the god of strength and wisdom. I have dedicated my life to sculpting myself with these two almighty characteristics; fighting has made me stronger, and surviving has made me wiser.
Bhualze, on the other hand, is the god of love. Nothing else. I do not believe in love for I have never felt it. His followers are fighting for a lost cause - it does not exist.
The Truusi, an ancient and beautiful race of delicate beings, were the inventors of Biomancy, an eventually forbidden art that was to become the chief obsession with many scientists throughout the Zuklos Era. Though my body may be more primitive, I was not only born of earth, but also man and woman. I had parents, though I do not remember them; though I was bred for twelve generations with the perfect warrior in mind, a weapon against the worshippers of the foul Bhualze. My bones are metal, my eyes do not exist. I see with my mind, with my heart and soul.
I am the weapon and the master who wields it.
Many races have seen their end at my hand: the Veigho, the Zukl, the Amahki, the Technologicals, the legions of crossbred, mongrel impures of Terra Vulca. There is only one race, however, that I miss, and that is the Truusi. Of course, they were not slaughtered; the poor things found breeding so difficult, they died out of their own volition. I believe they would be proud to know that the slayer they had created to end the growing faction of infidels would be their sole survivor... but I know they would be proud that I had successfully conquered every inch of this world.
Over five millenia, I have seen the rise been and fall of countless empires, made love to thousands of war champions and shaped history itself to my will.
And yet, something is missing from my life...
